The Impact Of Labor Law Rules On The Business Environment

Abstract The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of labor law rules on business environment and factors affecting business law enforcement. The research method is descriptive-analytical and it can be said that this study has been carried out in a library method based on references from the library and sites, newspapers, etc. In the results of this research, it can be said that the business environment as well as the economic environment of the country is not very favorable and there is also a growing trend of uncertainty. The most influential factor in the successful implementation of the law is the issue of corporate governance and the obligation of firms to comply with it. Also, raising the level of public awareness through the availability and cheap provision of information on the business start-up and liquidation is also in the next priority. Also, the massive economic activity of the government and the state and private affiliated institutions indirectly affect the activities of enterprises. Special attention to this issue is surely necessary to improve the business environment and will have a significant impact on the enforcement of the law of continuous business improvement. There is no general policy to improve the business climate in Iran, or there is no coordination between the organizations and institutions involved. This factor is perhaps the most important and influential factor in the business environment in Iran. The most important obstacles to law enforcement are the continuous improvement of business: government institutions, economic and market institutions, institutional and motivational systems, informal economy, lack of standards in obtaining permits, labor-related problems, etc. In Iran, the government is responsible for imposing tolls, taxes, and crimes on production and service activities (tax rates, tax regulations, and the system of charges and the spread of social crimes). The ineffectiveness of the state-approved laws in the field of business, as well as the inability of government-affiliated organizations to properly play this role, is another cause of corruption and the spread of underground economies. Also, controllers of financial and legal resources will have a huge impact on business law enforcement. Keywords:
