The obligations arising from the commercial documents are subject to specific provisions and function specific to these documents. The legislator has laid down specific rules in the trade law for how these obligations are fulfilled. The result of the previous study is that, based on the principle of the abstract nature of the commercial documents, the obligation of origin is distinct from the individual commitment, except in certain cases, such as the owner of the wrongdoing. There are also various ways in which contractual obligations can be ruled out for commercial documents, some of which are related to the cessation of a basic obligation, such as our ownership of funds, and some of which are related to the collapse of Barati's commitment, such as forged signatures in a post-signed document. . The effects of the collapse of commercial document breaches are, in principle, subject to civil law, in addition to what is contained in the Commercial Code of Conduct.
