Comparative Study of Civil Nurses' Responsibilities in Iran and France Law

The main goal of the nursing profession is to provide the health and well-being of the people under care and because of the direct relationship between the nurses and the patient, this profession is of particular importance. The discussion of the responsibility of the owners of the proud and affiliated history has been commonplace throughout history and everywhere, and as it progresses and landslides, it seems to be moving toward a suitable and reasonable destination. In this thesis, after a brief mention of the types of responsibilities of nurses, a comparative study of the civil liability of nurses in the treatment process in Iranian and French law has been addressed. It seems that the nature of the obligations of nurses in Iranian and French law is a commitment. Although there is a controversy about the basis of nurses' responsibility, although the theory of customary civility is more intrusive and supposedly appropriate to the new social life and its necessities, while being alive, the link between morality And it also strengthens the salary.
