The relationship between school health and job satisfaction of teachers with the happiness of students in the second elementary school

The current research aimed to investigate the relationship between schools’ health climate and teachers’ job satisfaction with the happiness of senior elementary students in Joghatay County, amounting to 2544 people. The research statistical sample included 334 of these students who were selected through cluster random sampling method. For data collection, Fordyce Happiness Scale (2013), Brayfield and Rothe Job Satisfaction Index (1951) and Halpin and Kraft Organizational Climate Questionnaire (1963) were applied. Data were analyzed using multivariate regression. The results revealed that there is a significant and direct relationship between teacher job satisfaction and student happiness.The results showed that the relationship between teachers 'job satisfaction and direct students' satisfaction is significant and the improvement of the amount of teachers 'job satisfaction index is correlated with increasing students' happiness and the organizational health index is associated with the happiness of the students. Moreover, there is a correlation between improved teacher job satisfaction index and increased amount of student happiness and improved organizational climate index is associated with enhanced happiness of students. Thus, school health climate and teacher job satisfaction are related to happiness of senior elementary students (P<0.5).
