The rights of privacy considering the charter of Islamic republic of Irans cititizenship rights

The right to privacy in the Charter of Civil Rights of the Islamic Republic of Iran is the ninth right of the 22 rights set forth in this charter, which has 7 articles out of 120 articles. The right to privacy in places of residence, places, objects and personal vehicles, letters and electronic and electronic communications, private information in medical experiments and procedures, audio and video, media and tribunes And the need for respect for individuals and legal entities (private and public law). It goes without saying that the authors of the Charter on Citizens 'Rights in other materials of the Charter also referred to other aspects of citizens' privacy, including Articles 9, 12, 13, 25, 31, 35, 51, 60, 62, 77 and 102. In response to this, how much is the guarantee of the implementation of these materials, and how it is implemented; the introduction to the charter states that the protection of civil rights, "either in the sources of the Iranian legal system, has been identified, and Or the government will have its own serious efforts to identify, create, implement and enforce them through the reform of the legal system, and the development and follow-up of the adoption of statutory bills or any necessary legislative or regulatory measures. To achieve this goal, the cooperation of other forces and institutions and the participation of the people, associations, trade unions, public organizations and the private sector is necessary. " Therefore, the guarantee of the implementation of these materials has been referred to the aforementioned sources, although at the end of the charter and after the mention of its materials, the mechanism for implementing the Charter of Excellence and in the reference of the legal references of the Charter explicitly refers to some of the relevant legal provisions; if What protects privacy in the Charter of Citizenship Rights and other exceptions, including individual preferences, rule of law, religion, and social norms
