A comparative study of the transactions of public universities with the Free University

Accordingly, specific rules and regulations governing an administrative contract that are governed by law and in accordance with the principles governing public services are unusual and sometimes inapplicable from the point of view of private law. The comparative study of the legal system of transactions of state universities with the University of Azov shows that the contracts of both universities include some public works and some special works. In the case of government university contracts, the works of the contract are not entirely dependent on the agreement of the parties and include a series of obligations to the parties to the contract, which are subject to special rules and regulations. The factors affecting the implementation of contractual obligations on the contracts of both universities are generally Cairo authorities. In government university contracts, besides being influential in Cairo, there are also specific factors that are effective in the implementation of contractual obligations: factors such as unpredictable conduct and unpredictability, the existence of which can have particular effects on the fulfillment of obligations Have administrative contracts.
