The Relationship between Knowledge Management and Job Satisfaction and Professional Ethics of the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee of Sabzevar

The purpose of this study was to investigate knowledge management and job satisfaction among staff members of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Sabzevar. The method of this research is descriptive correlational and also applied research type. The statistical population of this research includes all employees of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Sabzevar city of 100 people. Sampling was done randomly. The sample number is calculated using Cochran's formula of 80 employees. The data were collected by means of professional ethics questionnaire, KM questionnaire, job satisfaction questionnaire, and descriptive statistics, mean of standard deviation and inferential statistics (correlation coefficient) of regression, and also spss software were used to analyze the data. . Also, to test the normalization of the test, the Klymogrof-Smirnov test has been used. The results of this study showed that there is a meaningful relationship between knowledge management and job satisfaction among the staff of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Sabzevar
