Rights of holders of partnership and rental bonds

Since purchasing partnerships and rentals has effects like any other legal phenomenon, and these include rights and obligations and obligations between individuals and parties to existing contracts in the process of issuance, reviewing the rights of partnerships and renters plays an important role above. Raising people's awareness of the benefits of investing in these securities and thus increasing their appreciation. Undoubtedly, careful consideration of this issue is a fundamental and effective step towards establishing a suitable framework for the spread of these Islamic financing instruments and welcoming the people to write these papers. And since the prevalence of venture and lease issuance as a means of financing and motivating people to embrace it requires the identification of different types of securities rights holders and the analysis of existing regulations in this area, Holders of partnership and rent bonds will be examined. The rights examined in this study include a set of laws that are not considered by the investors of the bonds and leases as the primary and direct purpose of the investment. However, the holders of the securities may enjoy the aforementioned rights upon the authorization of the legislator and obtaining the necessary authorization from the issuers of the securities. Therefore, these rights are not necessarily visible on any sheet and cannot be quantified in any way
