Knowledge Management Relationship with Organizational Improvement of Schools and Academic Achievement of Secondary Public Secondary School Students in Sabzevar

The aim of this research was to investigate the relationship between knowledge management with organizational improvement of schools and academic achievement of high school students of the second level. The research is descriptive-correlational and its purpose is applied. The statistical population of this research includes high school principals, teachers and students of second level In 2018-19, it was in Sabzevar. The sampling method for managers was a total number of cluster teachers and clerks who, using From Morgan's table, 234 teachers and 297 students were selected. Measurement tools consisted of two questionnaires: the standard of knowledge management of Mr. eksandarzadeh and the organizational improvement of Mr. Atafar and Mr. Salehnia among the top managers and teachers and distributed data. Also, for assessing academic achievement, the students' end-of-year grades were used. First, to analyze the collected data at the descriptive level, the statistical variables were used to describe and summarize the variables of the research. In analytical statistics, to investigate the effects between research variables and to simplify the research variables, analytical statistics was also used to investigate the effects of research variables and to investigate the hypotheses of the research. Pearson correlation test, single-sample T-test and multiple linear regression Simultaneously and with the help of spss software. The results showed that there is a serious relationship between knowledge management and organizational improvement of schools and academic achievement of high school students in second grade in Sabzevar. Also, knowledge management status is an improvement in organizational and academic achievement in the above mentioned schools.
