Effects of corporate environmental responsibility on financial performance: the moderating role of government regulation and organizational slack.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of corporate environmental responsibility on financial performance with the role of moderating public regulator variables and organizational weakness.The current research is applied in terms of its purpose and it is a descriptive survey method in terms of survey method.The statistical population of the present study All employees of Sabzevar steel companies were 172 persons according to the relevant information. Using Cochran's formula, 119 people were selected as sample from the community.Random sampling was simple. Data was collected using a method Libraries and Fields. In the field for collecting research data The results showed that the company's environmental responsibility has a significant effect on financial performance.The results also showed that corporate environmental responsibility of financial performance is significantly affected by the role of moderating government regulations.Other results indicated that the company's environmental responsibility on performance Financial impact has a significant effect due to the moderating role of organizational weakness.
