The Effectiveness of Communication Skills Training on the Decreasing Components of Behavioral Disorders in Sabzevar's High School Girls

The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of communication skills training on reducing the components of behavioral disorders in adolescent high school students in sabzvar . The present study was a semi-experimental research and a pre-test-post-test design with a control group the statistical population of all female high school students in Sabzevar girls' schools in the academic year of 2017-2018. a sample were included 40 female primary school students from Sabzevar girls' schools in the academic year of 97-96. who had behavioral problems. the subjects of the study were purposefully selected and randomly assigned to two experimental (20 subjects) and control (20 subjects) groups. in order to intervene was used the UNICEF Life Skills Training Guide (1979) . the tool was a questionnaire if vaudourt personal information. The covariance analysis showed that communication skills training had a significant effect on reducing the components of behavioral disorder in adolescents (p? 0.01). As a result communication skills training can reduce adolescent behavioral disorders.
